First Blog
In chapter one there were many areas covered but some highlights of the chapter are to follow. The role that national technology standards play in the successful integration of technology can be described as defining the fundamental concepts, knowledge, skills, and attitudes that apply technology in educational settings. Managing the classroom during technology integration should be broken down into managing equipment access and layout, managing time, and most importantly managing the students behavior. Leaning outcome and assessment both are connected by the way that they both display what the students learned from the assignment and accomplishes the goal of what is being taught to the students. As for everything that we encounter on daily basis there will be someone who is classified as a special learner. This special learner does not actually have to have a learning disability but can range from poverty students, differing language and culture backgrounds, physical abilities, cognitive abilities, and also different emotional needs. Reading this first chapter already make me what to continue reading due to the fact that very helpful information is given to help future teachers in the classroom.
